Senior Services The Elm Street Center in Red Cloud and the Guide Rock Senior Center in Guide Rock are part of the robust Webster County Senior Services which encompass many important programs including a congregate and home-delivered meals program. Funding for progams is channeled through the Midland Area Agency on Aging in NE. The meal program is available at both centers. Persons 60 years of age and older and their spouses (regardless of age) qualify to have a meal at a suggested contribution rate. A disabled child living in the home would also qualify. Other individuals are welcome to eat at the centers at the full cost of the meal, which may vary.

The Elm Street Center is the hub for many Senior activities. A congregate meal is served there and home delivered meals are also prepared for delivery in Webster County. The center also provides health and wellness programming, activities, and a place to socialize.
Located in the Elm St. Center is the office of the Webster County Senior Services and Webster County Public Transportation. Guide Rock Senior Center, 120 West Douglas, Guide Rock, NE In addition to preparing the food for the Webster County congregate and home delivered meal program, the Guide Rock Senior Center also provides health and wellness programming, an exercise class, games and socialization.
